[It's not good, and even with Buffy's attention, it takes her a moment to gather herself together enough to respond. After all the campaigning and arguing, after all the insistence that there's no reason to treat her kind like a threat... She breathes in deep and lets it out a little shakily.]

Do you... do you believe in visions? Seeing the future, I mean.

I don't believe in visions, but I also know that doesn't necessarily mean they aren't real. Or that they can't come true.
